Our team provides monthly ob-gyn ultrasound courses at our Monterey, California and Asheville, North Carolina locations. We also specialize in custom vascular, general and ob-gyn ultrasound courses. Our staff will travel to your facility and train you on your equipment. While attending our Introduction to Ob-Gyn Ultrasound Course, you will scan live patients at various stages of pregnancy. You will receive a full year of access to 12 hours of AMA Category 1 CME online curriculum which includes video lectures, hands-on scanning instruction and case study review. This material prepares you prior to arriving at our live sessions and supports you for a year after class ends. In our Ob-Gyn Ultrasound Training Course we focus on the first trimester dating exam including a complete evaluation of the pelvis and adnexa. We also include a second trimester patient for anatomy review and multiple third trimester patients for growth, fluid assessment, cervix, placenta, position, and biophysical profile.

On-site Ultrasound Training Sessions

Our on-site ultrasound training courses allow your staff to be trained at your location on your equipment. We customize the curriculum and focus on what you want to learn. There is no substitute for hands-on training on your own equipment. Our team will review knobology and system parameters, work flow and exam protocols along with the customary training. This is a cost-effective way to have a larger group of medical professionals attend over several days if needed.

Our decades of experience teaching physicians, midwives, sonographers, nurse practitioners, labor and delivery nurses and other healthcare practitioners provide us with the experience and expertise to accurately and efficiently achieve your goals of performing point of care ultrasound. Our courses include a cohesive scanning protocol and interpretation guidelines as well as coding and archiving guidance.

Monthly Ultrasound Training Sessions

Our team provides one day hands-on ob-gyn ultrasound workshops in Monterey, California and Asheville, North Carolina. These training sessions are combined with online video recorded lectures, case study review and video scanning demonstrations. This allows the student to arrive prepared with core knowledge of anatomy, image orientation, pathology, scanning protocol and more. The hands-on scanning sessions focus on scanning technique and image interpretation. We scan live patients in all stages of pregnancy. This includes transvaginal scanning in the first pregnancy, nongravid and IUD patients.

Currently our monthly courses focus on ob-gyn ultrasound, however we offer custom trainings in vascular and general ultrasound for groups of two or more.
