This course is ideal for the practitioner who would like a review of how to determine chorionicity in a multigestation pregnancy and how to identify abnormal findings. It reviews the three types of monozygotic twins and how the division timing determines the type of twin pregnancy. We will review the ultrasound findings of each type of twin and the importance of early detection. Complications and abnormal findings are included, as are case studies.
