Brenda Martinez RDMS

Brenda is a Perinatal Sonographer at Scripps Health, Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in San Diego, California. She has worked as a registered diagnostic medical sonographer for 9 years in the hospital and clinic settings. She is passionate about sonography, especially high-risk obstetrics and fetal echocardiography. Brenda is a preceptor in the Perinatology Sonographer Transition Program, providing ongoing support and guidance to learners. She helps them develop their skills, knowledge, and navigate through challenges in their new role into the Maternal Fetal Medicine world. She has participated as a proctor in a learning lab at the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) annual convention. Brenda is motivated to share her sonography expertise and help others reach their full potential to deliver optimal patient care.
