Shannon Redmon (BS, RDMS, RVT) graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Health
Sciences/Education. She completed her ultrasound education through Greenville Technical College and
has over twenty years as a registered sonographer in OB/Gyn, general and vascular imaging. Shannon
worked for Siemens Healthineers as the SE Zone Clinical Director and for GE Healthcare as an
Applications Specialist and the Education Manager for the Women’s Health team where she trained
healthcare providers across the country. She has been published in the Journal of Diagnostic Medical
Sonography and in her spare time has published two romance suspense novels with Harlequin’s Love
Inspired Suspense line with a third book to be released in March of 2023. Shannon is a teacher at heart
and loves to provide education to healthcare professionals in an effort to advance medical imaging and
patient care.
